Penile discharge

I'm a male who had unprotected sex with another male last 3 weeks (03/08/15). That was my first time and I didn't ask him if he was clean or what.

After an hour or 2, I feel the urge to urinate more frequent with an pain in my left side of my testicle and tip of my penis, it lasted for 5 days ( I have a history of UTI).

After that, 8 or 9 days later, I have muscle pains and one pimple or bump in my hand (but it's good now) and I can feel the muscle pains until now.

And on my 18th day, I notice that my meatus is swollen like lips and I had a clear and sticky discharge when I'm aroused.

My question are:

1. Does my symptoms occur any STD
2. If yes, what STD it is?
3. Do I have HIV?
4. Can my UTI cause all the symptoms or  my mind is playing tricks on me?

I'm just a teenager so I'm shy to go to  a clinic to get tested and my family has an reputation in our place so I'm scared to tell them my situation. SO PLEASE. HELP ME.

HIV early sypmtoms are similar to a severe flu, not a cold. A sore has nothing to do with HIV. I can't say more because my knowledge of HIV is very limited. Post on the HIV forum, they can help you. I'm afraid you are going to have any symptom related to STD's not because you have one, but for your anxiety. I don't want to be rude but I recommend you visiting a doctor as I did before.

But cold is the common symptoms of HIV right? And I have an canker sore but it's not an open sore. So I'm getting scared that I have HIV.

Stuffy nose, cough, sore throat and a mild fever... I would say you have a cold! However I think you are very anxious and anything you feel you are going to link it with a STD. As I said before, I recommend you testing. It will relieve you.

I got a mild fever as I wake up today. Does STD cause my fever or it's cause by my cough and sore throat and just coincedental?

My mouth ulcer is covered. It's not an open sore.
And now, I've got stuffy nose, cough and sore throat.
Does that increase the possibility of me, having an STD?

A mouth ulcer doesn´t mean you have HIV. It could mean you might have an STD o most probably it means you have a normal mouth ulcer. They usually appear due to stress and I think you are having a very stressful time. Have you had that kind of ulcers before? Did you any sores on your partner´s genital?
If you are worried the best thing you can do is visit a doctor. She/he will tell you what your ulcer is. I recommend you that because it will help you.

I´m sorry but I don´t know the cause of your sypmtoms. Fatigue and a bump on your hand don´t sugguest any STD. The things in your penis could be a STD or not. Testing will tell you your real situation. And next time use condoms!

Thank you for your fast reply. You gave me some relief.

But I have another question.
What would be the cause of my symptoms?

Most people don't have STD's and most singles exposures don't transmit them. That is the main thing you have to keep in your mind. A couple of hours is too soon to have symptoms. However, unprotected sex between two males is considered a risk. I recommend you to get tested, not because your symptoms show you have a STD but because gay males should be tested regularly when they are not in a relationship.
White bumps are not typical of herpes. You can find on the internet some pictures.
