Please help me to come out of this!

Dear Dr,

Iam from India. Iam 28 years old male, married. Exactly 5 weeks back I accidentally got a handjob in a massage parlour from a girl. All that happened was a 5 mins handjob without condoms. After that no incident as such. But I have recently developed some small white dots under my fore skin of my penis (i have a tight foreskin) now slowly some white spots are being developed in my penis head with itching and burning sensation and pain that spread to outer side of the scrotum and anus area as well.

I badly in need of your opinion in this. I consulted a urologist and a dermatologist. But they found this condition normal and My urologist asked me to remove my foreskin to get away from this. Meanwhile i was so anxious and dipressed and worried that i have got some Sexually transmitted diseases STD. I have got many screening test done for STDs.
1) HIV 1 and 2 , 4th Gen duo test
2) HB sag, Ab
3) HCV
4) HSV -2
5) syphilis
6) TB

All tests resulted negative. I have taken all the tests after 4weeks+ 5 days of the exposure. Please help me clarify few of the questions mentioned below.
1) Am i in risk of any the STDs with the exposure mentioned above?
2) do i have to screen for any other STD other than the above in the list?
3) can i have sex with my partner now?
4) please prescribe me any natural food that can help my case?
I am in complete agony with my mental condition. The fear is killing me more than the condition itself. I beg you to help me in this regards.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi, getting a hand job is most likely the least affair to have to contract an std and the one that is possible would be syphilis. The person would need to have secondary stage syphilis which has symptoms of a rash on the palm of the hand. But if she did not have any obvious red spotted hand rash you can pretty much rule that out. Also the rash is somewhat open sore like so i also doubt she would be giving you a hand job as it could be painful
Testing for syphilis is at 6 weeks post exposure.
