Prescribed metronidazole for BV but not gone, is it trich

Hi,
Firstly, I have been an idiot. I was away on a hen weekend and we ended up at a party. I had no intention of doing anything but obviously drank too much and ended up in a sexual situation. Essentially, i was kissing this guy and we were moving around (?) i hadn't realised but he had removed his penis from his pants and it touched my vagina, once i realised i told him to stop and nothing further happened.
Now, i am happily married and was obsessed that i had caught Chlamydia... i had no symptoms but had convinced myself that was the case. I was prescribed a one dose treatment (4 tablets) and at this point still had no symptoms. My doctor doesn't know about this as i went to a walk in clinic. I then developed what i thought was thrush so got over the counter meds x 2 and it improved alot but is still very itchy.
I went to my doctor and explained that i had an itch and that thrush treatment hadn't worked so he prescribed metronidazole for BV as he didn't know about the sexual contact...
Again, it's much better but is still quite itchy and i have been taking the metronidazole for 5 of the 7 days.... If it were BV would it have cleared by now?
I know you will tell me to get tested but i live in a very small village and am scared stiff because i know all of the doctors and they know my family.
The only symptoms i have are; itchy vagina, no abnormal discharge or smell, i pee alot but not sure if that is a mental thing...
Any advice you could offer will help me so much.
Thank-you

No, there was no inserting but it touched the inside of my vagina, the vulva.

I went to the clinic today, no Chlamydia, no thrush, no BV, no trich and they will net me know about gonorrhoea in 5 days. She checked and said that there was no sign of infection or sores. She suggested that i was probably causing the itching by douching too often and taking antibiotics. She told me to stop and give my body a rest.

I feel so stupid, honestly, i know it itches but now thinking it is in my mind....

did the party guy actually insert his penis in you or did it just touch your skin?

If there was NO inserting the you didn't have a risk and this is something else.

If there was inserting then you should have gotten tested prior to the meds.

Let us know if there was inserting of the penis and we can better help

Oh, and while i think on, don't know if this helps but guess it's worth adding...
I had sex with my husband, i tried to avoid it but it was impossible as he would know something was wrong. The next day his penis was red and itchy. It lasted 2 days and then went away, this was almost 2 weeks ago now and he still has no other symptoms.
