Question about Std's and exposure

Hi I am a 38 years old female and had unprotected sex about 3 months ago, I did had a full std blood work a day after the encounter. All test were back normal including HIV and Hepatitis. My concern is that I just got tested again for everything since it has been 3 months and I am still kind of concern. So my questions are as follow:
1. What are the odds I was infected with any stds?
2. Is it really a 6 months wait period before I can know if I have anything?
3.No symptoms whatsoever since the encounter. What are the chances any of these test can come back positive?
