Recurring white discharge and sharp pain while urinating

I'm keep having a recurring problem of penis discharge and sharp pain while urinating. I feel like it may be caused by a cold weather (when not well dressed) but I'm not sure as I've never had a problem like this before. I've been always ok. I'll try to describe in a more detail.

I just returned from my holiday. Hot country (~35 degree) to -6 degree, not a well dressed. I was wearing just a hoodie and summer shoes. Next day I started to have a weird feeling in my penis (something like tingling). I knew straight away that something is not right. Few days later I noticed a white discharge and I started to feel pain while urinating too. I went to see a doctor who took swab. STD results came back as negative. Doctor prescribed me antibiotics (don't remember which ones) and my problems went subsequently away.

*One thing that I've noticed after the problems went away was a clear discharge in the mornings. Sometimes also during day. Not much, maybe one drop. I've read about it and they say it's normal. It may be a precum or a prostate fluid. I have never had it in amounts like this before though.

I've again just returned from holiday. From a hot country back home. I didn't really feel cold. Few days later after I returned I started having the exactly same problem again. I got tested for STD and all results came back as negative. Doctor told me it's a non-specific urethritis. He prescribed me antibiotics (doxycycline 50mg, 2 pills a day for a week) and my problems went away.

I went for a holiday to my home country (where I was actually born). Pretty cold weather but not so big difference in temperature. As soon as I arrived I missed a train so I had to wait outside for almost one hour. I could feel that my feet are freezing. Next day I started having the exactly same symptoms as in the first case. Tinggling and few days later I noticed white discharge and I started having sharp pain while urinating too. I went to see a doctor who took an urine sample (came back as OK). He didn't took a swab as I told him I just got tested few weeks ago and I didn't have any sexual contact since then. Before I went to see a doctor I also went to an emergency room and asked them to prescribe me some antibiotics as I was experiencing a big pain while urinating. It was during christmas so I didn't have much for a choice. I couldn't see an urologist. They prescribed me Zinnat (500 mg, 2 pills a day for 5 days). I feel much better now, my symptoms are however not completely gone. I still have white discharge in the morning (in a lot smaller amount) and the same about clear discharge during day. I don't think I'm healed yet.

I need to go and see my doctor again but he doesn't really know what to do with me as the tests look good. Any idea what can be wrong? What may be the cause?

*In the first and last case I also had a cough and cold. I don't know if I had temperature (fever) as I didn't check that. As I mentioned above I've never been so sensitive to weather so I really don't know what's wrong.

Thank you for any help

Hi if you have not had any unprotected sex then its not std related but you might want to ask the doctor how would you get NSU if you did not have sex. Also a clear discharge is not a symptom of an infection but it could be the begining of an infection where the body is producing mucus to sooth and irritated area.

Hi, thank you for your reply. As I have mentioned above there were 2 STD tests done and both of them came back as negative. The doctor has no idea what's wrong.
