Can I get Syphillis giving and receiving oral sex?

I am a man and I has unprotected oral sex ( both cunilingus and felattio ) with her
and would like to know if i can get this disease with saliva or it has to be a sore in the mouth to get it?

but no pain, no sores,

how long does it take to presente first symptons?

Even oming into contact with a sore it is only a 50/50 chance of getting it and you would see a syphilis sore.

so, the sore has to be very latent and visible, right?

I mean, if the person is infected with shipillis, but the sore is not open , i guess it is less risky, right?

Can you get syphilis from saliva...no. It has to be direct contact with a syphilis sore. The sore can be on her mouth or her vagina so it is possible to get syphilis from oral sex. But again you have to come into direct contact with a syphilis sore.
