Unprotected Cunnilingus Help!

On November 20th I meet with a CSW in Southern California.
We kissed (10 seconds)/ I performed UNPROTECTED cunnilingus on her (2 minutes)/ She performed PROTECTED oral on me (2-3 minutes).  We did not have sex.  I am a 35 year old male.
3 Days after exposure - I got a small white bump/pimple  underneath my tongue.
5 Days after exposure - I got body aches/sore throat/headache.
6 Days after exposure - I went to see my PCP and advised him what I had done.  At first he said I had nothing to worry about since oral sex is safe.  However on my way home, he called me on my cell phone and advised that he didn't know at the time but after a little bit of research he said that is a possibility that I may have contacted a STD or HIV.  He advised me to come back in January for STD testing.
5-10 Days after exposure - My sore throat and body aches has been continuing but the bump/pimple underneath my tongue is now gone.  I also have severe coughing now.
10 Days after exposure - I called my PCP again and told him that my sore throat is still bothering me.  He prescribed me Amoxicillin for 3 Times a day for 10 days over the phone.
17 Days after exposure - Sore throat/coughing is gone but I have a feeling of something stuck in my throat.
22 Days after exposure - Diarrhea/Loose Stool and the feeling of something still stuck in my throat is still not going away.  I checked and see there are raised bumps in back of my tongue.
It is now 26 days after exposure and diarrhea has subsided because of Gas-X, but everytime I stop Gas-X loose stool still happens.
Also the bumps in back of my tongue is still there and is not going away.  It still feels like I have something stuck in my throat but cannot swallow.

Do the symptoms above warrant for any testing to be done now?  I dont want to waste money as it's tight right now if I go to a private facility.  But I don't think I can wait another month to take the tests with my primary care physician.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thx for your reply and advise, I will see doctor tomorrow for a follow up visit.
I have no problem swallowing, it's an annoying feeling of something stuck in my throat that is not going away.  Kind of like having hair or a piece of food stuck that I cannot swallow.  It's painless but it's not going away and it's been almost two weeks.  Just wanted to explain more in detail to see if your opinion changes.  Thanks again!

This sounds far more like a run of the mill viral infection like folks are passing around the office than it does std related.  Honestly I wouldn't even bother with any std testing from this encounter.

follow up with your provider for your throat issues this week since you still feel like you are having problems swallowing.
