What STDs am I at risk for? Kissing, oral sex, fingering.

Hello. After a particular incident last year, I have not been the same.

Well, if a woman performs oral sex on a man without a condom, what STDs would he be at risk of? What are the chances for each? What if he fingered the woman and after the vagina secretions dried off, he proceeds to masturbate? Will the virus from the vagina fluids make him at risk even if it has dried off? And what if the woman kisses a man aggressively? What are the chances for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HPV to be spread to the man.

Thank you.

Hey Grace,

Me and my ex had a major fall out and he decided to go out and sleep with an old friend. Well once accepting him back. A week later he says he has to admit something. Which was the part of sleeping with an old friend. Anyways he said the tip of his penis was very irritable and he had went to doctor and wanted me to go. I went just to be safe but I didn't think he had giving me anything due to lack of any symptoms.

Well I end up leaving him and started back talking to a friend...We never had oral sex. But we kissed and before having PROTECTED sex with him I allowed him to finger me... Im very concerned bc later that day I went to go get my results from doctor and was told my test where positive for Gonorrhea!!! Now I truly feel like CRAP , Disgusted and concerned for my friend only bc I have no Idea if he cld have been possibly infected due to fingering and making himself aroused by hitting my vagina with it....no fluids where coming out at time of him making himself aroused...but im curious and worried he may possibly been infected by the fingering and kissing and possibly the slapping against my vagina to make himself aroused. Please give me feed back im a emotional wreck on how to tell him or even if its a need to ;/ !

I just did that 20 minute test today! I AM NEGATIVE FOR HIV!

YES!

Does this mean I am 100% negative? The last time I had any encounter was more than 6 months ago.

Thank you

Hi Vance2335

Well there were a couple of things.

Like she tried to french kiss me but I did not reciprocate. She just kept trying to force it.

Then she gave me a blowjob without a condom. And I fingered her for a few minutes and she had a lot of vaginal secretions. I wore a condom but I don't know if her secretions contaminated the condom. I think my fingers were quite dry after a while but maybe there was a bit. Then she forced herself on me. Ok maybe not forced, but I did not exactly want to have sex. The sex lasted less than 2 minutes. She just wanted to be fk'd up and take my virginity saying stuff like "You will think of me when you get a wife". Then I masturbated with the hand that fingered her after removing the condom. But there were no secretions on my hand. I felt like sht. I regret all this.

You have to say what went on in the encounter for us to know if you had a risk.

You have interpreted my HSV results last year. I haven't taken another STD test since. But I made mistakes by fooling around with prostitutes......

So does it mean that I was at some risk for that encounter?

Thank you ms Grace,

you need to be following up on this with your doctor. you are only adding to your anxiety at this point.

I will gladly take a look at your herpes test results if you want to call monday and see what they are.

the risk of any std from a one time mostly protected encounter is very low. same as the risk of hiv from a one time encounter is very low too.

saliva to the penis isn't a risk for std's.

Hello ms. Grace

I haven't told my doctor about my lymph nodes.

I have had 2 tests done last year for all STDS and herpes etc before fooling around with prostitutes. I had low positives for HSV1 and HSV2. I don't know what level they are now though.

Why is it that it is a risk if the condom breaks? What about if it has a pin hole? What is the difference between this and masturbating with the partner's vaginal fluids? Is it really difficult to spread HIV? Because I always had protected sex but there were times that they used their saliva on my penis and I might have come into contact with their fluids.

Thank you,
V

no reason to think swollen nodes under your ears are std related.  have you followed up on them with your provider?

mutual masturbation is almost no risk. we don't recommend any testing from it just because they touched themselves and then you.

It's almost been a year. But I am worried that I have HIV or something. After this incident I went to fool around with another couple of prostitutes. The last incident was in December. But it was all protected. and no broken condom etc. Maybe the bottom of my shaft was not covered with the condom. Is that a risk?

But I'm just wondering why I have swollen lymph nodes under my ear that take a while to go away.

Why is it that a broken condom is a risk but if a girl uses her saliva or hands with a bit of vagina fluids to masturbate for you it's not a risk? Or is that a risk too? What if the way she was masturbating me was rough and there are small cuts that I can't feel on my penis?

Does this warrant testing?

Thank you.. :C

Hi again.

I would like to ask if I am at risk of anything if I wipe vagina fluids on a towel, then use it to dry my body (maybe the vagina fluids might come in contact with some broken skin or regular skin).

So there isn't a need for me to get any STD tests? I just want to focus on my studies now. And not have to think about these.

Thank you :']

Thank you ms. Grace. I really hope that I did not contract any STDs. I also want to stop all this fooling around with prostitutes, not even just touching them.

Thank you,

you weren't at risk for std's from her vaginal fluids on your fingers when you touched yourself.

This was almost no risk for you and not worth any testing from to be honest.

I was wearing a condom when she did the insertion. But before that, after her vagina fluid on my finger dried, I was jerking it for a few seconds. I am not sure if I might get HIV from this. The only unprotected part was the oral sex and kissing which really worries me. If I dried her vagina fluids on a towel, then used that same towel after showering to dry my body, would that cause any viruses to infect me?

Thank you ms. Grace,

so this was unprotected sex you had on august 9th with the prostitute?

it's very low risk of a std from oral sex.

Hello ms. Grace.

After that incident last year, things seemed a bit different. I told myself I needed to 'straighten' myself. I recently started fooling around with prostitutes a few times. NOT to have sex, but just to touch a woman. I have never had sex until the 9th of August. I got tricked into putting my penis into her vagina when she made me so aroused and she said she could only pleasure herself if we had sex. I did not even feel any sensation. The prostitute said that she 'won'. Because she took my virginity and that I will be reminded of her when I have sex with my wife in the future.

Anyway, that prostitute tried to kiss me, she had her tongue in my mouth, she tried to french kiss me but I did not reciprocate. I simply lay there with her tongue in my mouth. I don't know what I was thinking. She performed oral sex on me without a condom for a few seconds. I was fingering her. I really regret this. I was so scared after that incident last year with that gay guy, as you know I am straight. Then I just told myself I really have herpes anyway... even though my positives are low. There's a chance I do not have herpes but I don't know why I messed around with prostitutes. I never had a girlfriend and maybe my body was just telling me I needed to do this.

Can't believe losing my virginity at 21 years old to a prostitute like that.

But I really hope I get away free of STDs. Then I would really not fool around anymore. There's no need to 'straighten' myself or touch a woman I don't love. But either way, enough of this.

Do you think the oral sex would have transmitted gonorrhea or something?

Thank you ms. Grace,

std's aren't easily transmitted through kissing.

Haven't you had full std testing done ? I know you've posted quite a bit previously in the herpes forum but I haven't reviewed all your posts to see if you were or not.

Thank you kdaily,

What symptoms should I be on the lookout for? For the above STDs? How long before I can consider myself 'safe' if I do not have symptoms? I heard that people can have oral versions of the above STDs like gono, syphiis etc. And they can spread to our throats when we kiss.

What caused the risks for the first STDs you mentioned? Example for gonorrhea, does the virus/bacteria take a long time to die and enters our urethra or throat to infect us?

Thank you!
