Worried - std/hiv?

I am a 34 yo male.

The evening of 9/15 I had protected sex (I wore condom) with an escort.  I was intoxicated so it went on for a while - maybe 20 mins, mostly with her on top.

There was kissing - I did touch the outside of her genital region and at one point my hand ended up in my mouth.  I did have a very inflamed gum at the time.

Afterwards she told me she was clean, but who knows when that test was and if she has been exposed since.

The next day and for days afterward my genital areas were very itchy.  This has since stopped.

At day 10 my feet were very itchy.  Day 11 I noticed a something on my chest- mostly between my breasts which looks like small raised red bumps.   They are also on my shoulders.  There are also several spots on my face, but I can't tell if they are just acne.  My armpits have also been itchy.

I have not measured a high fever, but have been in the mid-to-high 97 degree range.

I feel lethargic, sore, and achy.   I may have been a little sweaty when I woke up in the middle of the night last night.

Today is 12 days post exposure.

I realize that you can't diagnose symptoms, but are the actions and side effects consistent with std exposure?

Thanks in advance for the help as I'm extremely worried.

Hi firstly using a condom its zero risk for hiv and none of your symptoms suggest any std. Test for syphilis and herpes if you have a long term partner. Sometimes anxiety creates symptoms.

Thanks Dave.  Do you have a lot of experience identifying HIV?  Just trying to calm nerves.  Also, if herpes was a concern when would you expect that sores would present?
