dry cracked skin around head of penis

i recently have started dating a girl and we have had sexd usually 2 or 3 times a day. After a month or so i started to notice the skin on the head of my penis becoming dry and cracked  and had red splitchy iritation marks after sex that would eventually go away. i also noticed that the shaft of my penis was getting very flaky skin that would collect around the base of my head. I have since been tested for syphilis hiv and hepititis and all tests came back negative. Does this sound like anything anyone has had before? Id like to find out because it has caused my penis to be extremely sensitive and the cracked skin has become a problem as well.

I used to have this symptom 2 years ago. I tested negative for STDs then as well. It's more of an irritation of the skin. Several factors may cause this; clothing, soap that you use, condom that you use ( I hope you do use condoms). The cause is difficult to figure out. Better check with a urologist or dermatologist.

Has a doctor seen this?  It sounds like a fungal infection, but you need to get this checked.
