gential warts

i have hpv.  i had just occasional small out warts pop up in the preipheal anal area.  the dermatologist applied a blistering solution to the area that wiped out all the skin in that area and after a really painful week, everything cleared up totally - but

then, 3 weeks after the treatment, they came back with a vengeance - with a really bad break out that measured almost an inch wide on either side of my anal area. i am hiv-negative and i have no other medical conditions.

could this outbreak be related to the blistering solution that instead of wiping out the virus in my skin, wiped out the skin with antiboides leaving virgin skin prime for a viral attack.  this has been a really lousy experience to use britsh understatement.

the most i ever had with it was just being raw lol... sex was horrible for the last week of treatment lol (but worth it lol) me and my boyfriend have stayed together through all of this... we dont know who gave it to whom but we both have it... i let him use some of my aldara and his went away just as soon as mine did... but he didnt have as many as i did either... he just had two or three little bumps... i found out first... i wasnt upset when i found out i had it... i just decided to go with it lol... i had it, i cant un-have it lol if i ever have another sexual partner, they will know about it... and if they want to have sex with me, and they love me, then they will accept it as part of being me... def. use protection... that way you dont spread it... but def. dont be sad or depressed about it.. its not worth it lol... i wasted alot of time worrying at first... but im not worrying anymore lol good luck, and if you have any questions for me ill be glad to answer =) much love - erica

thanksso much  for your advice. i actually asked my dermatoligist for this and he told me that he doesn't prescribe this because of its horrible side efects.  i looked up on the internet some pictures of people who had blistering because of aldara and it was pretty bad.  but maybe that is just in a few people.  i can't imagine this drug being fda approved if everybody reacted like that.  i am starting to think my dermatoligst isn't prescribing it  because in home treatements cut down on their revenue...

ask for aldara... it works miracles... its not very painful, though you will get a little raw during the last week of treatment of the month... you put it on at night, in the morning you take a shower and wash it off... you do that 3 times a week and for some people, like me, it goes away after a month of treatment, for others it takes two treatments... before i went to the gyno i also used tea tree oil, and it worked well for me... has a horrible smell to it, kinda smells like camphor, but it works... doesnt cause any irritation either... after using the tea tree oil i was only left with a few bumps... though i didnt have a horrible case of it to begin with... do not use compound w... horrible pain lol i learned from experience... ive heard freezing them off can leave scars, but idk for sure... but unless you have the need for them to be gone immediately, aldara is the best thing i know of out there...
