question about oral sex sti

what happened was, about 2 weeks ago I went on a date with a girl who i met on the internet. After the date I went to her place and licked her vagina for a brief moment(about 2 to 3 minutes most), while she gave me a hand job with condom on, then i left without having actual sex(don't judge me please). Now I'm growing extra tissues underneath my tongue and in my throat, the ones in my throat are very round pimple looking, and the ones underneath my tongue are string like, there's also a little group on the left side of my tongue that look like normal taste buds but very close together and has clear separation from the rest, there's also a little lump on my tongue-tie. I did have a little bit of throat pain 2 days ago but it only lasted for 1 day, now I'm having slight throat discomfort, but not to the point that's bothering me. I can't feels the tissues underneath my tongue, and nothing's growing around my mouth or on my lips. I don't know if it's genital wart, but it does look very similar to some of the symptoms, and it scares me. At this point I've done enough research to know that I'm most likely to be safe from HIV (I did stick my tongue inside her vagina at one point, does that increase the chance of me getting HIV?) and gonorrhea, what's the chance of me getting any other STD? there's no other symptom besides what's in my mouth (there's a rash behind my right thigh that itches that started a couple of days ago, i don't know if that counts). I'm seeing a doctor this Wednesday, when is the best time for me to get sti testings if I need one(for example I heard syphilis testing should be done 6 weeks after the sex)? The partner told me yesterday that she's had unprotected sex once around 6 months ago with a co-worker(she's a salesperson), she has 1 pimple on her vagina, and no other symptom. (also I don't know if this counts as any additional information, her vagina does not smell, and I couldn't taste anything maybe besides sweat). This is literally all I know at this point, someone please help me, I'm actually very very scared of getting STI, I should've known better, but I didn't, now I've learned my lesson the hard way, someone please help me or give me some advice please.

Based on your encounter you're not at risk for HIV . HIV is not transmitted orally .. Gono although rarely is transmitted this way .. Syhphilis and hsv are skin to skin contact Sti  although also unlikely, they are possible.. Try to relax and your doc will advise Wednesday .
