sudden loss of health, med student please help

I had unprotected sex with my neighbor who was also on her period at the time and failed to tell me. Since the exposure I have has dry skin all over my body with tiny red dots that pop up and are very itchy. I have completely lost my radiant skin tone and my skin appears to be loose and shinny. I have been tested for all stds and the only one that came up positive was HSV1, which i knew i had since i get cold sores inside my mouth 1-3 times a year. Since the exposure i have been having really painful stomach cramps, persistant pain in my lower abdomen (above my left and right thighs) I had diarrhea that lasted for 2 months and now I have constipation. My GI told me it was IBS...with an unknown cause. I also have lower back pain and floaters in my eye. The earliest symptoms were a dry mouth and white coating on my tongue. Previously i was in great health, never ate fast food, cooked my own meals and exercised daily. Since the exposure I have been constantly feeling sick, I have "brain fog" am unable to concentrate and have lost my energy. Even in the gym i am unable to lift my previous weights and feel tired most of the time. I am a medical student and these symptoms have had a negative effect on my grades and ability to practice medicine. My penis has also become very dry with lesions that look like lines that go from the tip to the base. the skin is very loose and has lost its red tint and looks pale and a loss in sensitivity has occurred. I don't know if we are allowed to post pictures on here.. My mouth is also very dry, especially when i wake up. Could these symptoms be from an std such as HIV...anxiety? I am losing all hope and find it hard to go on while these symptoms are unresolved. Could these all be herpes symptoms? I have also lost a considerable amount of weight I have gone from 135 to 119 lbs. Could this be a fungal infection? I have seen a GI, dermatologist, and PCP and they are all unable to diagnose me since I have not been going to the doctors regularly since I have had near perfect health my entire life. When I first saw the symptoms on my penis about 9 days after having intercourse i noticed a burning rid area on top of my penis head, about a week later i got persistent yellowish diarrhea that lasted for 2 months. In that time i was given diflucan first for a week this took of some of the redness then augmentin an amoxicillin antibiotic, for a week, which caused my diarrhea to be even worse. now three months later the penis symptoms are exactly where they started, itchy burning, lesions that look like lines, very dry skin that has lost its elasticity. If anyone has had similar symptoms or could help me words cannot express the gratitude I would feel. In the back of my mind i consantly worry it could be hiv, i just tooth the 3 month antibody test and the results were negative..my pcr results will come in early next week. What could cause all these symptoms.. sore throat, dry mouth, white coating of the tongue, IBS, skin problems, red dots, penile issues, loss of cognitive function, lower back pain, dry eyes...someone please help me. could this be syphilis (i have not been tested for) or hsv 6 or 7? Ive been living like this for over 3 months now. my submandibular salivary gland has also been whats swollen not a lymph node, one of the early symptoms including the GI problems.. if someone could help me i could go back to my old life ty

I can't say what is going, but this has nothing to do with a STD.
