Does syphilis die when exposed to air? How long would it take to die? I am so confused because of contradicting info. Is syphilis passed in body fluids such as semen and vaginal fluids? If vaginal secretions or semen are rubbed on the body like te stomach, can a person get syphilis from kissing the body party with the body fluids? I am sorry if these questions are stupid. I just need help please.

Hi Syphilis is contracted from direct exposure to a chancre sore and needs vigourous massaging to force the germs into the skin. Only that way.
