I just wanted 5o put a quick note on. At ny 13 week hiv test was retested for chlamydia, gohnahrea and trich.
Results all negative. So now i gave to move on and work out symptoms as something else ans not sexual related.

No i mentioned it when i asked about trich and they said no symptoms so no bred and that if all those came bavk nrgative not to worry about any srxual hralth problems
I do thou at times still have an irritation feeling at thetip of my penis at times and that feeling in the shaft to. Lots of abdominal pain anywhere from groin to about my ribs and around kidney area.....
Could the irritation feeling in my penis still be anything sexual?
Ultrasound showed no issue with kidney area and bladder...docs are saying ibs. But i still have this thought its sexual related

Take just the penile irritation on its own...why whats already been tested for could that be anything else? Their is no discharge and only occasional slight urination pain but thats very rare.

sounds like just irritation. how many times a day are you examining the lil guy?
Examing as in looking at it once twice when i have peed if i have been feeling it. But its on the inside jusy ad in feeling.
Could anxiety and guilt be the sole cause?
I hoped if it was then the neg tests would make thesymptoms go away.

Following up for other stds? This is an appointment in rrspect to whether they think its ibs but surely that cant cause the penile pain.
So update from docs is that they have told me to get either prebio 7 or vsl #3 for the abdomibal pain. It was a different doctor than kast tine so I pushed about the penile pain she asked about sexual history explained testels clear she said that was main bases covered but if continued to go back.
So I'll give these meds a couplr of weeks and if no better go back but continue to worry and have niggling doubts

Ok I still have some questions....I have through reading on here seen a lot of men complain regarding the same sort of symptoms ....irritation of penis head and a lot of abdominal pain....they have all recently had unprotected vaginal sex.
Tests for standard stds all come back clear but still they have these symptoms
Is there something medical staf not picking up...is it an undiagnosed std ??? anyone any suggestions what it can be?

Hi vance - possibly your right and people dont update. although would you agree that there does seem to be a correlation of men with irritable pain in the penis head and abdominal pain posting? It also seems to be that it all starts after unprotected vaginal sex.
My symptoms started 3 to 4 weeks after possible exposure amd as with other posters the standard std tests are all negative.
Just trting to look at this logically from what i rwad on here snd the corralation of events that make me wonder is something being missed

I was hoping it was just anxiety and guilt, but the chsin of events just seem to much of a coincidence not to be as my mind thinks.
No one is giving a strong enough alternitive to me.
I know from reading your other posts vance that you have suffered with anxiety issues and take what you say regarding this.....my brain just isnt traveling down that path

So when do i decide ive given medical staff enough time to 100% confirm that it iis anxiety...
Its got worse since all the neg tedts came bsack and genrrallymore consistent and again worse since visiting the drs last week....
Whatt about ngu? Or have i covered this by the neg tests already?

ngu would've started before 3 weeks post encounter.
keep yourself busy , don't look at your genitals except for to aim , start seeing a therapist and also follow up as needed with your provider for ongoing symptoms.

update -the pain in the penis head and under arms seems to have gone again, it comes for a couple of days and then goes again....
been back to the docs as the supplement they told to take isn't working. they have prescribed a months worth of Meverevine (might of spelt that wrong) to see if that helps with the abdominal pain....

dull if my upper stomach above the belly button
I am seeing my neuro about the myasthenia beginning of next month and will discuss with them....
my partner (who isn't the person that if this is anything it would of come from) ....says she has been having what she believes is re-accuring thrush....

yes fungal infections can cause irritation. doesn't sound like all your problems are related to that if at all. you can try something as simple as a topical jock itch cream twice a day to the external part of your penis head. don't rub it inside your urethra.

Altho7gh she states she is getting reaccuring thrush is a concern in my head. Although she knows whsts been happening about the synptoms she doesbt know about the sti tests.
