unprotected Oral

I performed unprotected oral sex on a female, this was 43 days ago. During this time I have had sore throat, and weird pain on my tongue, on the top like its been cut. Are these symptoms for a STD

STDs in general are very inefficiently transmitted through oral sex. The only ones known to be transmitted through oral sex are syphilis, herpes, and gonorrhea, and cunnilingus is low risk for all of them.

If she did not have any visible sores or lesions on her genitals, syphilis is probably not worth considering (risk is probably close to zero). Further, none of your symptoms suggest syphilis.

An initial oral herpes outbreak can cause sore throat. However, the sore throat is supposed to be severe, and doesn't last for more than a few days (definitely not 43). And it is also supposed to produce multiple, noticeable sores inside your mouth. And without any visible lesions on her genitals, the risk of contracting herpes from cunnilingus would also be close to zero.

There is a low risk for gonorrhea, but most cases of oral gonorrhea are asymptomatic- it only rarely causes sore throat.

Thus, given the low risk of your exposure, and the fact that there are plenty of more common explanations for your symptoms, it is very unlikely that they have anything to do with any STD. But see your GP if you are concerned about them.
