had unprotected sex few days ago and the next day i had lil red spot i put some cream on it and the next day boom its gone but the slight tingling still their and the penis head is a lil bit red cud you please help me out im lossing my mind

If an antifungal cream is working, then its probably a fungal infection, like jock itch or yeast. I can't tell you that for sure, though. You'd need to see a doctor.
