why you can get STDs from oral sex but not from french kissing?

hi, i have done a bit of researches about french kissing and receiving oral sex. it seems that there are slightly conflicting information but I think almost all doctors seem to agree that it's very unlikely to get syphilis, chlamydia, or gonorrhea from deep/french kissing (some of them even said it's only theoretically possible). the only "common" STD from french kissing is just HSV1 but HSV1 is not really an STD.

it seems to be totally different in case of receiving oral sex. I mean, i know some doctors here like Dr. Hunter said that it's also unlikely to receive syphilis or other STDs from receiving oral sex..but I still get the impression that receiving oral sex is still a far higher risk compared to french kiss in terms of risks of STDs.

I would like to know why is that french kissing considered a much safer "practice" compared to receiving oral sex? my logic is like this -> if someone can get syphilis from receiving oral sex, that means the syphilis bacteria "stayed" in the person's throat. then later, he/she transmit the bacteria back to the genitalia of the new sexual partner with "oral sex" or "giving head".

using this same logic, why can't that same person infect someone with french kissing? because the same bacteria also "stayed" in his/her throat and he/she should be able to transmit it through saliva exchange?

Hi firstly Syphilis if contracted by coming into contact with a Syphilis chancre by rubbing on it and if a person has a Syhpilis chancre in the back of the throat chances are the would not be giving oral sex as might be painful rubbing on the chancre also oral syphilis is rare as is considered more of a genital infection.
Also oral herpes (hsv1) is more common and can be passed by kissing and a person can have hsv1 on the penis but hsv1 reallly prefers the mouth (lip) area not the genital area. Same with hsv2, it really infects the mouth area

In conclustion getting oral hsv1 from kissing is much more a risk than getting it from a penis by giving oral and also having genital syphilis is much more rare than having genital hsv1 or even hsv2. Also syphilis is more of a country area risk like africa or even in the gay community here but new reports is the syphilis is getting a foot hold in the north east these days.

ok but what's my chance of getting syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea through french kissing?
pretty much zero for syphilis as chancer would be on the lip not in the throat and you would have noticed it, Gono is also guite rare and the back of your throat would need to be in contact with the back of his throat to get it which is impossible. Chlamydia is zero as is not known to infect the throat.
ok last question. i want to make it specifically about gonorrhea this time. you said this: "gono is quite rare and the back of your throat would need to be in contact with the back of the partner's throat"

so gonorrhea does not travel through saliva? like from her saliva to my mouth, it doesnt travel that way? but why it's considered "technically possible" for someone to transmit gonorrhea by giving head? the gonorrhea bacteria travels from saliva to the penis, right? so why it cant travel from mouth to mouth?
gono thrives int he mucus membranes not saliva and as a matter of fact saliva contains digestive enzimes that kill germs. Its transmitted by giving head when the penis  makes contact with the back of the throat
