Please help me: RECEIVE Rimjob-Syphilis?

First of all, I have to thank you for sharing your wisdom .

I would like to hear more advise from different docs.

Situation:
Two weeks ago, I went to a business trip to Asia. In China (please note, it's in China), I got a service from a massage girl ( I believe she is commercial sex worker, I know I made a terrible mistake)
She only gave me a protected oral sex (mouth to penis)  and unprotected rimjob ( She licked my anus). I think She also sucked my balls. Unfortunately, I am not sure if she has chancre  or sore in her mouth or lips and i am not sure if there is any tiny small cuts or lesion around my anus.

I know Dr here have mentioned thousands times in this forum that RECEIVE rimming has a low low risk to get any STDs; however, I have read from many other website says: RECEIVE rimjob can contract Syphilis and herpes, and Syphilis is very easy to transmit. This information really freak me out. I can't sleep for days. I have a sweet family. I love my wife. I don't want to hurt her feeling.


Q1:
I would like to know if you have piratically seen or heard anything like contracting STDs (especially Syphilis) from getting rimmed, based on your experience and data?

Q2:
How safe is this activity? ( is the risk really closed to 0?)

Q3:
I read some of replies from both Dr. HHH and Dr. EWH in this forum, they mentioned about Syphilis as "lesion disease"
I want to ask if wipe anus after using the bathroom will cause tiny lesion around the anus, because I actually used the bathroom around an hour before my stupid activity. Also the CSW wipe my anus with her wet tissue before the rimjob. Will these thing cause lesion? I really don't know if she got sores in her mouth or not. If she has a sore in her mouth and i don't have any lesion around my anus. Will licking anus still cause risk?

Q4:
I am thinking to get a STD test 5 weeks after the exposure, how accurate will the result be?

You've asked some further questions:-

Q1:
Have you seen any patient get Syphilis from getting rimmed who is not homosexual? How likely is the chance?

Yes - we have seen this. Although as Jose says, the bulk of syphilis cases in the UK are in men who have sex with other men. Syphilis in heterosexuals is very unlikely but may occur. I am unable to estimate a chance.

Q2:
If the CSW has sores in her mouth and I don't have any lesions around my anus, will I get infected, because I think she only lick my anus, no penetration.

If she has syphilis then you run a risk of between 25 and 40% per episode of acquiring syphilis from her.

Q3:
Will wiping anus cause any lesion. I am talking about clean butt after poop.

Wiping your anus vigorously may cause damage to the skin which may appear sore - wiping your anus will not cause a syphilis lesion - it may just cause a cut or abrasion - the two things are not the same.

GETTING RIMMED WOULD INVOLVE THE SAME KIND OF RISKS AS RECEIVING ORAL SEX INCLUDING CHLAMYDIA, GONORRHOEA, SYPHILIS AND HERPES.  I HAVE CERTAINLY SEEN CASES OF SYPHILIS IN PATIENTS WHO HAD BEEN RIMMED, MAINLY IN GAY MEN

Q2:
How safe is this activity? ( is the risk really closed to 0?)

IF THE PERSON PERFORMING THE RIMMING OR THE ORAL SEX HAS ANY OF THESE INFECTIONS MENTIONED ABOVE, THE RISK IS HIGH AS THEY ARE VERY CONTAGIOUS

YES, IT WOULD AS WIPING THE ANUS BEFORE OR AFTER WOULD NOT REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE

YO NEED A BLOOD TEST FOR SYPHILIS AND A SWAB FOR CHLAMYDIA AND GONORRHOEA.  NEGATIVE RESULTS WOULD BE CONCLUSIVE.
