Seeking Proffesional Advice

Dear Doc.

6 weeks ago I had my first sexual encounter with a CSW.
Received brief oral to get me erected, kissing, vaginal using a condom (I don't know if it's a reliable brand), I fingered her labia using my thumb and I touched it for a second using my tongue, and the she masturbated me.

Since a week ago I am having rash on my left arm, 3 on my right arm, and on my left foot to the left of the knee, and 3 on my torso. I am having loose stool and sometimes diarrhea, nausea, swollen lymph nodes in my groins, yellow semen, I measured my temprature today and it was 37.4, buttocks muscles hurt as I have exercised, nasal dripping, and what seems like I am starting to have a flu.

I am very anxious. I did not know anything about STDs as I never thought the possibility that I would ever have sex with a CSW.

Please what are my risks and are the symptoms I described an indication of STDs or HIV. What shall I do next.
Thanks in advance.

Hello
You need to SEE a doctor with experience in this field, tell him or her the full story and then take their advice on testing.

I find it highly unlikely that you would be HIV positive from the encounter you describe - highly unlikely.

I wont comment on the test you report because I don't know who did them or where.

That said, I do not believe you are HIV positive from the event you describe.

best regards, Sean

I still have swollen lymph nodes in groin (Both sides) and neck (under chin, right to the throat, back of head).

I am sorry I asked another question but I just don't know what to do.

Thanks.

Dear Doc,

I went to a test again and I was HIV negative. I have 2 questions if I may.

1- Dr told me that I do not need any further testing, what do you recommend about that?
2- What other STDs I should test for.

Thank you.
