Risk of hpv and hsv

Dear Doc,

Please assess my risk level:
1. 3 days back, I was not protected, hugging a CSW from behind for 15 sec. I washed my penis in and around and thigh with some kind of lotion with cold water.
2. She came on top of me for protected vaginal sex for around a minute, removed 2 condoms which were intact. I dont think she has any secretion that could reach to the base of my penis during that time.

Within 2 mins, washed my penis in & around, thighs with lotion 2 times. After 45 minutes i had a hot shower again.

After sex, I spotted 2 marks on her buttocks..
1 On her buttocks, 1" from her anus, something looked like a swollen/bump/raised skin of 1 cm size in diameter, flesh colored skin. It is definitely not a blister, rash, ulcer, lesion or genital wart (not in cauliflower shape). Dont see any kind of secretion. Can't relate bump with anything i've seen in google images. Not sure if i came in contact to that area during vaginal sex, location of the bump because she was on top of me.
2. A small 2-3 mm shiny skin in thigh 3" from vagina. She told its because of the friction of underwear during period.

My Concerns:
1. What are the chances these skin conditions are related to hsv/hpv or any sti?
2. Even if it is an STI, what are the chances of contracting STI because first i hugged her from behind and definitely my penis would have touched that bump but i washed my boxer shorts area within 2 minutes and second time i was protected and i  washed my public area and thigh within minutes.
3. Is it enough to acquire sti by just a mere touch of the infected area for 20 seconds or so followed by washing the exposed area? Is it possible to kill the virus through soap and water within 2-3 mins?
4. If someone is infected on day one, can he/she infect another person on the same day thru intercourse?
5. Should i live in fear for next 3 months to see any symptoms of hsv 2 or hpv?

Thanks

Dear Doctor,

I think i have been infected with HSV 1, i can see an ulcer in my mouth with a pinhead size red spot at the edge of the ulcer and 2 mm away from the ulcer a line of dark red spots for 3 mm length. I have seen it 8 hrs back and met a doctor he adviced me to go for HSV 1 and 2 type IgG and IgM.

Please tell me:
1. how reliable are these tests on day 10 from exposure. Is there any better tests available?
2. I was kissing (casual) on her lips, there is no fluid exchange, she was wearing lipstick, is it possible to get infected with just a casual kiss on the lips?

Please reply.

Dear Doctor,

Thank you very much for your reply. Till now i have read your answers 100 times and i have few more questions in my mind, requesting you to clarify on the below questions for one last time.

1. Can a herpes be a SINGLE, large, around 1 cm in size, raised, smooth surface without redness around the bump? (Her vagina was so clean and no idea abt anus, all i have seen is only buttocks).

2. I would like to go for blood test for hsv 1 and 2. Please tell me what is the type of blood test i have to do when and what intervals?

3. 7 days has been completed and how many days do i have to wait for any possible symptoms? I am so confused reading about 2-7 days, 2-12 days and 2 days - 2 weeks for first symptoms, please tell me what is the minimum time and maximum time to look out for symptoms?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Thank you for your post and apologies for not having been able to reply to it sooner.
I cannot make a comment about this lady's lesions on her buttocks as I have not seen them.  If it is not a blister, ulcer or rash, I would suspect that we are not dealing with any kind of STD; it does not seem to be cause by HSV or HPV.  It sounds more like a simple pimple or spot; nothing else.  I do believe that you are possibly worrying about it unnecessarily.  I will try to answer your questions here below:

1. What are the chances these skin conditions are related to hsv/hpv or any sti?
AS MENTIONED ABOVE, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT TO BE THE CASE

2. Even if it is an STI, what are the chances of contracting STI because first i hugged her from behind and definitely my penis would have touched that bump but i washed my boxer shorts area within 2 minutes and second time i was protected and i  washed my public area and thigh within minutes.
I THINK THAT THE CHANCES WOULD BE EXTREMELY LOW

3. Is it enough to acquire sti by just a mere touch of the infected area for 20 seconds or so followed by washing the exposed area? Is it possible to kill the virus through soap and water within 2-3 mins?
A BRIEF CONTACT OF YOUR PENIS WITH AN INFECTED LESION WOULD BE ENOUGH TO INFECT.  HOWEVER YOU WOULD NEED SKIN TO SKIN FRICTION; WASHING THE AREA AFTERWARDS WOULD NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT.

4. If someone is infected on day one, can he/she infect another person on the same day thru intercourse?
IT IS POSSIBLE BUT HIGHLY UNLIKELY AS THERE HAS BEEN NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR THAT PERSON TO BECOME INFECTIOUS (I.E. THE VIRUS NEEDS A FEW DAYS TO REPLICATE AND BE IN ENOUGH AMOUNTS TO INFECT SOMEONE ELSE)

5. Should i live in fear for next 3 months to see any symptoms of hsv 2 or hpv?
NOT AT ALL.  AS MENTIONED, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU NEED TO WORRY.
Best wishes,
Dr José

I did mention that
" It is definitely not a blister, rash, ulcer, lesion or genital wart (not in cauliflower shape). "

Let me correct myself, it is NOT a blister, ulcer or rash.. no idea about lesion and genital wart, it didnot look like cauliflower in shape.

It looked like a single, large (1 cm), smooth surface, non-moist, skin-coloured bump..

somebody please reply..
