Worried like crazy

Hi there

I have been travelling in Asia and in Vietnam on a partynight Friday 9th i recieved very brief oral sex from a lady CSW. I was very drunk but stopped it short as i did not want it and it also hurt quite painfully when she did it. Exposure maybe 1 minute max...

So far in this forum i have gathered that:

- HIV is not an issue from recieving Oral
- Clamydia is not an issue from recieveing Oral
- Gonnorhea is an issue
- Syphilis is an issue
- Herpes is an issue

This was Friday night, last week.approx 36 hours after i freaked and went to a doctor as my foreskin and tip of penis was giving me small irritation and he subscribed 1g Zithromax.

Continued to have small irritation, no pain whilst peeing, but receiveing some pain after peeing.
I read internet that you need 2 gram Zithro for Gonorrhea and Syphilis, so i freaked again, went to the doctor 5 days after, took a urine test (not finalized answer yet) got 2 grams of Zithro which i took

Now 1 week after, no pain when i wake up, no pain while peeing, but I get a small pain on tip of penis gland, foreskin and maybe inside tip or urethra after peeing. This pain goes away sometimes, if i do not pee in a long time. I have no urge to pee more often than before and so far no discharge. I get some pain just where my bladder is located and it also feels like the lymphs on both sides of the groin is swollen. I have not seen any sign of sores yet and have not had any fever symptoms after 7 days

-Is it safe to say that the Zithromax would take care of the Gonnorhea and Syfilis risk?
-What is the risk for HSV1 or 2 here? Due to drunk stateI could not see if she had any sores around mouth?
-Is it possible that the pain i feel after peing is still due to the rough oral i recieved?
-Do i need to wait 2 weeks after exposure to test for herpes or can i do it already now?

I am leaving to go home to my wife in just a day so really scared. i do not want to risk giving her anything.

Went to Doctor on friday 7days after exposure, test results for Gonnorrhea and Clamydia came back negative, big relief!!

he also did a visual check for HSV but could not see anything, instead he thought he saw a small cut inside in the tip of my urethra probalby from the rough oral. He told me not to worry about HSV. I got some cream but have not applied it yet. After the doctors visit the irritation dissapeared as well as the swollen groin lymphs? Now on the flight the small irritation has come back, hopefully it is still only the small cut that has not healed. I have not seen any visual symptoms yet.

It is now day 9, how scared for HSV do i need to be at this time and would this small cut increase any risk for HIV?

Hello

"-Is it safe to say that the Zithromax would take care of the Gonnorhea and Syfilis risk?

YES

NO IDEA - IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED I CANT POSSIBLY KNOW.

-Is it possible that the pain i feel after peing is still due to the rough oral i recieved?

YES

-Do i need to wait 2 weeks after exposure to test for herpes or can i do it already now?

YOU CAN DO A URINE - OR A PENILE SWAB PCR TEST FOR HERPES 1 AND 2. YOU CAM ALSO HAVE A BLOOD TEST WHICH LOOKS FOR THE PRESENCE OF HERPES 1 OR 2 ANTIBODIES - YOU CAN EITHER WAIT UNTIL 12 WEEKS POST EVENT OR YOU CAN DO A TEST NOW AND THEN REPEAT THE TEST IN 2 TO 4 WEEKS AND WATCH THE TREND - YOU WILL NEED ADVICE FROM A DOCTOR TO INTERPRET THIS.

Best wishes, Sean
