I have been completely abstinant for 15 months now ever since coming out of my last sexual relationship & ever since, my vagina has never felt the same. I have been experiencing severe irritation in my vagina almost every single day (mostly at the opening) but have no bumps or "outbreaks" of any sort. I also experience frequent discharge with no smell or irregular color but feels itchy, & occasional soreness as if my genitals are bruised. A couple of months after our relationship ended, I also happened to be informed that my ex tested positive for type II herpes through a blood test. I went to get blood exams done right away for all STD's & tested negative for type II Herpes BUT my results were positive for type I. A lot of times recently, I feel like I am getting bit by a lot of tiny chiggers from one side of my vaginal lips to the other, or a feeling of "razor burned " even if I havent shaved for months, but when I look there is nothing to be seen except some redness. I also had two pimples last summer that showed up for the first time ever where my buttocks line starts that were hard, would not pop, did not hurt and took more than a month to go away. As soon as I got my blood tests back I went to my gyno for my yearly exam as well as she took cultures to include herpes testing and found nothing at all, nor the type I in my genital area, nor a yeast infection. The other day I went on a walk & started crying from how itchy my buttocks and inner thighs were feeling. Lately my anus itches frequently now also and a rash like feeling on my buttocks. If it were genital herpes, I hear that people get breakouts & symptoms that last a couple of days or weeks and go away. Here I am going almost an entire year with irritation that does not seem to go away. Is it possible it will take even longer to go away on its own if genital herpes is the case? Am I in the clear for not having type II? Should I take another blood test? Why would he have type II but I
