all tests negative
Hello Doctor,
i had an unprotected sex with a columbian sex worker in china 3 months ago, 4 days after that i felt some discomfort in my penis, later i had a big pain while urinating with a green secretion. i went to the pharmacy and they gave me antibiotic(ciprobay) but it was a big pain for some days, i came back home after 3 days and went to the hospital, i had urinary test, esperm test, gonorrhea test, syphilis, all came negative, maybe because of the antibiotics. untill now i still feel small discomfort when i urinate, now a couple days ago i am seeing back the green secretion on my boxers, and i can even see it if i open the uretra and look deep inside. i dont know what to do doctor, please help me, i will give further information after your answer.

hello doctor, i'm sorry to say that your answer did not make a difference. this is what i really was expecting, but it is the truth anyway.
all my results came negative, the doctor said that their is no need to test, notice that i live in africa and the doctor might be wrong.
why after all negative tests i am having such problem? i dont see the green secretion always, maybe once a week, but it's strange, i want to wait 1 month to go to dubai and see a doctor there

This is quite straightforward. You need to go and SEE a doctor and explain the situation.
It sounds as though you have partially treated gonorrhoea - though I am relying on your statements so I may be incorrect.
We do not use ciprofloxacin in the UK for gonorrhoea because resistance to this drug by gonorrhoea has reached an unacceptable level of greater than 20% resistance. My understanding is that in China resistance is much higher indeed - partly as a consequence of it being freely available over the counter as in your case.
Ideally, if you were my patient, I would run a complete STD screen on you - including gonorhoea and I would ideally treat you with an injection of CEFTRIAXONE 500MG and also 1g AITHROMYCIN.
Instead of the ceftriaxone 400mg x 2 doses would be acceptable together with the 1 g azithromycin.
