Suggested STI/STD panel after questionable encounter?

Hi there, hope you are all well!

I'm looking for some advice, and maybe some sort of reassurance to put my mind at rest.

Short version, I had an encounter with an Asian lady yesterday, who I now believe to be a CSW.

Pertinent detail, I used my fingers on her (outside only), she user her mouth around most of my scrotum, there was uncovered skin to skin contact (just resting against) between penis & vagina which I believe had some transfer of vaginal fluid, then also covered oral on me and covered intercourse.

I have been trying to look up the risks associated with the scrotum oral, which seems minimal? But I can't find clear advice around the skin to skin that occurred.

I have had urine and blood taken today, I believe for chlamydia and gonorrhea (urine) also HIV and syphilis (blood), with a view to repeat these in 2 weeks. I thought it would be too early, but the nurse seemed keen.

Are there any other tests you suggest I should ask for which the aforementioned encounter? At what point am I clear to resume with regular partners (unprotected)?

Thank you for your time.

You will need to test for herpes and syphilis for your regular partners protection.

Using the condom you can rule out any std that could enter your penis. Only hereps and syphilis

Thank you, again.

At what point would you advise it to be safe to resume unprotected sex with a regular partner? I was thinking after a 6 week clear syphilis result (and no signs of herpes outbreak).

The scrotums skin is really to thick for the herpes virus to enter but not with syphilis but i dont suspect you contracted either as is somewhat low risk. Vaginal fluids are zero risk and gentle touching is no risk as both herpes and syphilis they areas of contact need to be vigorously massaged to force the gerns into the skin.
Using a condom you had zero risk for gono and chlamydia

Thank you, again!

Thorough testing panels here would include others like Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Mycoplasma, Ureaplasma, Trichomonas and Gardnerella. I'm guessing testing for these would also be unwarranted?

I now understand your stance on gonorrhea and herpes. As these have the highest perceived risk (though you say this is low) I will monitor and have these tested independently.

P.S. Your work here is incredibly admirable.

Hi the risks from you encounter would be for herpes and syphilis only and you can test for syphilis at 6 weeks post exposure and 3 months for herpes. The scrotums skin is too thick for herpes but not for syphilis.

Thanks for your quick response. Out of interest do you suggest syphilis and herpes because of the oral on scrotum? Or general contact?

Do you see any risk in the skin to skin that I mentioned as they may have been some vaginal fluid (non-penetrative)? i.e. chlamydia/gonorrhea...

Sorry for the further questioning, I'm just trying to understand the reasoning of only being at risk of those two in particular.

Thanks again!
