it is a bit naive to assume someone really does get tested and actually gets tested for all std's ( odds are alcohol was involved too right? ). Many folks mistakenly think a yearly pap test for women is all you need to boot. also odds are you aren't getting full std testing done either. typically when you ask for std testing you only get tested for 2 or 3 std's.
this was unprotected sex so cover your bases with std testing at the appropriate times.
clean is when you shower regularly, std negative is when you get proper testing for std's at the proper times after you have sex.

you shouldn't take her word for 100% truth. I had a girl tell me that and ended up with Chlamydia. If you have no symptoms for 2-3 weeks then you should be fine. If you are worried then test at 1-2 weeks for STIs, 6 weeks for syphilis, and 3 months for HIV and herpes.
