A BUNCH OF SYMPTOMS...WHICH DISEASE?
two main symptoms...
1. on my penis i have some sort of rash...*it does not burn when i urinate*...it *does* burn when i ejaculate...there is no rash on the very tip of my penis...but a rash around the bottom part of the penis mushroom head...now recently i didnt think much of it...*******but today i realized when i was erect and masturbating small drops of blood were forming on the head of my penis....
****THESE SORES DO NOT LOOK LIKE ULCERS...the best way i can describe this condition is that someone pricked my penis multiple times [like 30] with a small needle making small bleeding holes into it...so when i become fully erect and hard little droplets of blood slowly begin to form on the head...however these sores are not noticeable when im limp...but the rash is slightly noticeable
2. recently i had some sort of anal fissure and i was worrying because it wasnt healing...it only left a few bright drops of blood so i didnt worry about it...it seems to have healed now though [can this be related in some way??????]
3. like three weeks ago i had a 101 fever...not sure if this is relevant
im going to see a doctor but would like any input b4 i go
please any input would be greatly appreciated thank you

Well, maybe the pre-seminal fluid is flushing things out enough so there isn't any in the semen.
That's not really the point though. The point is that you shouldn't be bleeding, and you need to see a doctor.

If you have a few drops of blood on the head of your penis when aroused, at least your pre-seminal fluid has blood in it. Pretty much the same thing.
Maybe you have a fungal infection, but a fungal infection wouldn't cause blood in your semen.
You really need to see your doctor.

The blood in your sperm, and possibly what you thought was an anal fissure, might indicate prostatitis.
The sores/rash could be many things - a fungal infection, herpes, an allergic reaction, etc.
Please make an appt and be seen by your doctor promptly.
