About syphilis

I am very sorry that my English is not good, so I need a translator to help me. I may have some deviations and I really hope to get the experts' opinions. I am a male, and 54 days have passed since I had condomless oral sex and vaginal sex with condoms with the opposite sex However, during the 54 days, I did not find any hard chancre in my mouth and private parts, nor did I find any syphilis rash like the pictures on the Internet. Only on the 30th day or so, I felt uncomfortable in my throat and went to the clinic for diagnosis. The doctor tested me for the novel coronavirus, and the result was positive I have to look at my hands and feet every day to see if there are red spots on my hands and sometimes there are a few red spots on my hands but it is not obvious and not much like the pictures on the Internet help me

It can take up to 12 weeks to become positive.  After that if you still test negative you are negative.

Also, it can take 2-12 Weeks to get the rash on your hands.

Thank you for your answer, because I did not find painless ulcers during the period, I am not sure that the red rash on my hands is related to syphilis, so I am very upset

Yes, this is true, technically. However, if you have symptoms, and test negative, it's not syphilis.

Also, the vast majority of people don't need to test to 90 days any longer. If someone has had a known exposure, it may be recommended to go to 90 days, but newer recommendations and testing are finding it much earlier now.

The rash may appear while the sore is still healing (which he didn't have), but typically it appears 2-12 weeks AFTER the sore appears. The average time to get a sore is 3 weeks.

His "rash" is red spots that "appear sometimes" on the palms of his hands. That's not what a syphilis rash is.

There's no need to unnecessarily scare people. Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries, and he used a condom for vaginal sex. His risk for syphilis is really low.

There's no need to be upset. Your risk is really low. I wouldn't worry at all if I were you. I wouldn't even bother to test again.

Yes, the rash on my hands is sometimes more and sometimes less at least for the last two days. I just took a look at the soles of my feet and there's no obvious rash and I'll check back in the next couple of days if it's more or less like the last two days. Then I'll relax and try to think about it as little as possible
Just go test again. Don't put yourself through all this. You're at almost 8 weeks past exposure. There's no need to put yourself through checking and waiting.

It's concerning you, so put your mind at ease and test.
Hello, I am back again. The hospital test was negative on the 25th day before, and the behavior occurred on the 61st day today, I tested syphilis with a test paper and the result was negative. Can you completely rule it out
So you tested on the 25th day after you had the encounter? You've had no syphilis symptoms?

Yes, I would rule it out. You can always test again if you want, but I wouldn't worry if it were me.
Yes, I did not find any symptoms. I tested negative on day 25. My main question now is that I tested negative on the test strip today. It has been 61 days since the day of the act
Oh yes, then you can absolutely rule it out. :)
Ok, so the last question is, now the highest low-grade fever of 37.7 accompanied by a headache slowly drops to about 37.2. It seems that there are also some small red spots on the chest these two days. Is it related to AIDS? I have tested the third generation in the hospital on the 25th day of my behavior, and the result is negative

First of all, thank you for your reply. On the 24th day after I had sex, the test results were all negative. The main thing that made me uneasy was the round red spots on the palm sometimes, although I did not find any ulcers that should be found in primary syphilis

Testing on day 24 is a good sign, but it's not conclusive. Test again now and you'll know for sure.

Really, though, I don't think you need to worry.
Oh and you wouldn't get a syphilis rash on your hands until weeks later. Red spots on your hands this soon aren't from syphilis.
My personal opinion is that first of all the behavior is not high-risk and the risk of infection is very low and second of all the eight weeks that have passed since the behavior and there are no painless ulcers as to whether or not there is a syphilis at least at this point it's not very syphile-related do you think
I totally agree. I think you can let this go, but test if you need to just for reassurance.

I wouldn't worry, personally.
Thank you very much for your answer. Just recently, my left hand suddenly has some red spots, dark red ones (today, my left hand is almost rare or even none during the day, but now, there is no change in the exercise process and the end of the exercise just now after I got home and took a bath, I found a lot more). So I really worry There are very few red spots on the right hand and there are no red spots on the other parts of the body like the torso or the thighs and so one of the questions is if it's a syphilis rash it's mostly on the torso and if it's syphilis how quickly does the rash grow or does it grow over time This is really making me a little nervous

What makes you think you have syphilis?

If you are so concerned, why not just test?

If you haven't had any symptoms, like a sore, chances are really good that you don't have it. There are other STIs that are more common than syphilis, though, and if you are concerned, just go get a test.
