Throat gonorrhea?

Okay. Kinda long story.
My son came home from daycare with a really bad phlemy cough and runny nose. no fevers. He has had it for 2 weeks, and he of course passed his sickness to me.
Ive been having the same symptoms for 6 days.
I gave someone oral sex (did not get his semen in my mouth) 7 days ago.
Last night my throat was bothering me more than usual (ive been coughing so it has been irritated this whole time, but nothing too bad)
I shined a flashlight to see what my throat looked like. I was shocked to see my right tonsil looks a bit swollen, my whole throat in general is a little red, and i can see white pus in the crevices of my tonsils on both sides. I used a q-tip and i can wipe the pus off to remove it. it looks tinged with a little bit of blood but not a lot at all.
What are the chances that i have throat gonorrhea versus this being more related to my cough/runny nose? i have never had a cold with this much mucus so im hoping its related to that.

Can you get throat gonorrhea without getting semen in my mouth?
Can i pass throat gonorrhea on by kissing?
Can i pass it by giving oral sex?
And does gonorrhea go away on its own?
