An STD ??

Hello, I think I may be dealing with some sort of STD. Just about a year ago i've noticed few every tiny and unoticable bumps on my chin and just below my nose. The bumps don't go away some even look like whiteheads. I tried to pierice my bottom lip with a thumb tack, but that was a fail, it left me with a small blister looking thing. But just before that I had oral sex with a guy. So i'm confused on wether I got this from him or the thumb tack... the inside of my mouth and lips are starting to turn a very light shade of pink, close to a white color, can that be prevented by something? I'm confused and would like to know something before I set up an appointment with my Dr. Please Help ???

It does not sound like a STD, but you will have to talk to your Dr, can't say what they are.
