Anybody experience these symptoms????

so after my last exposure i started having tingling in my legs and feet that has gone up to my arms over time. Sometimes the tingling can occur in any part of my body it seems. Now i'm not going to lie, i had sex with two separate people in the span of about two weeks. the first guy used protection and so did I. we had unprotected oral sex and after i tried to get hard enough to penetrate him and i couldn't do it. i took the condom off two separate times and tried to do it. I still couldn't penetrate but we made contact. He then started to penetrate me protected but we didn't have a lot of lube and it was uncomfortable for me so it didn't last long. Two weeks later i had sex with another guy and it was protected.  We also had oral unprotected. Now two days after that encounter the tingling started and about three weeks later im still experiencing it(not as much). i also think i've experienced chills twice. recently i have also been experiencing this burning in the front and back of my neck. Are there any std's that can cause these symptoms? Both guys said they were disease free but you never know.  I'm 19 years old and I got tested for hiv and i'm waiting on my results. While i got tested the doctor said my lymph nodes were fine and my temp was 97. can anyone help????
