Yes, tested positive.  Partner may be pregnant but unsure yet.  I want to be safe and assume she is.  What is recommended in this case to cure us both?

She needs to see her doctor. If she is pregnant and has chlamydia, she will definitely need follow up testing. Is she aware that you have it?

Doxycycline is not recommended to be taken during pregnancy.

Are all partners being treated? If you or she have other partners, it's vital that they are treated so that there is no reinfection.

As AJ said, if there is a chance your partner has chlamydia, she must be followed up. Chlamydia can cause complications to the pregnancy.

Have you tested positive for chlamydia? Has your partner?

The medication used during pregnancy might be different if you are trying to conceive, and if you have chlamydia, you should avoid sex for 7 days, even using condoms.
