Gonorrhoea test after two years of no sex

Two years ago I had unprotected sex for the first time, I haven't had sex at all since. There were no symptoms of any STD so I didn't go get tested, and I knew HIV was very low risk because if was only one time. I regret it now. Anyway, I'm scared because I read gonorrhea very common an can be transmitted very easily, and most of the time women don't show any symptoms. So with all the courage I had in me I went to get tested, I'm just so scared and would like to know what to expect. It's been two years and I never had symptoms and I haves had sex at all since. Any chance I'll have gonorrhoea?

Hi in men symptoms of gono like a white puss discharge and burning while urinating is almost certain to appear so without these symptoms from an incident 2 years ago no testing would be recommended.

Thank you that certainly calmed me down. But I'm asking on behalf of a female friend, so is the testing still not recommended although many female won't show symptoms?
same  as the body would cure itself in a few month if she did have it. this is what happened before the invention of antibiotics as no one dyed from it.
Thank you this really helped us to have some peace till the results are out! Wish us luck.
