Anything to worry about?

I had unprotected oral sex once with an escort. about 1 month ago.
I have no discharge. No odor,no "sores" I wouldn't call it it "pain" just frequent, urgent urination.
slight discomfort when I sqeeze the tip of my penis (on the inside at the head)
No swelling or lesions anywhere. I did see my doctor for a UTI and was given 3 500mg tabs of levequin.
a "culture" was taken and was negative for "bacteria"
Do I have anything to worry about here?
I made a mistake and am now freaking out!

I don't know what drugs treat what. But yes it is possible to have it without symptoms. But that is only about 5% of men show no symptoms.

Thanks!
So its possible to have Gonorrhea without discharge/ pain urinating?
If I had it wouldn't the levaquin treat it?

Chlymidia is out of the question so if anything it would be gonorrhea. And chances are you would have burning while urinating and/or discharge.

Chances are you don't have an STD, but to be sure in your mind you can test.

I believe the test was for a uti. It was a "culture"
initially I wasn't sure this had anything to do with my "incident"

The nurse said the test was negative for "bacteria" and they are sending me to a urologist.
I have scheduled an std test. at a planned parenthood to be sure.
From reading old posts on this site it seems unlikely that it would be chlymidia and If I had ghonorrea wouldn't I know it from severe pain?
I did take the three 500mg tabs of levaquin, however the
"symptoms" if you could call em that persist.
They did do a urine test.

Do you know what exactly they tested you for?  Have they done a urine test?
