I need serious help here! Bite after an oral blowjob left me with this

Okay, so I went out tonight and had oral sex with a female. I’m a guy, and so far so good it went really well until I felt a sharp sting on the side of my penis. Like in the moment it was all fine and all, because once I felt the sting I kind of just let it ease for a moment and then she put it right back in only to continue with the oral sex. After I came and all was said and done, I went home to shower, still with little to no pain in that area/site, only to realise that while in the shower it hurt tremendously pulling it out. What I saw next shocked my eyes and on the left side (looking down on my penis) was this lump of red and almost looked like a 0.5cm in radius was sitting there and looks kind of almost like a wart on your skin. There was mild blood but whatever happened during that blowjob I think hasn’t left me scarred for life now.... I’m really worried and I took a photo of it. So I’m going to show my docter the site tomorrow and hopefully sort it all out and pray that I don’t get an infection or worse!

Can someone please guide me on what this might mean without being sarcastic about it? I’m deeply worried that I could get something bad from this :((((

NO STDs will show symptoms right after finishing the sexual intercourse. It could be just because of the physical action of performing oral sex. That kind of sexual intercourse would expose you to syphilis, gonorrhea and herpes. The real risk is really low, but if you are concern, you can test as follows:

-3 weeks after the encounter, test for gonorrhea.
-6 weeks after the encounter, test for syphilis, and if you get it negative, you can repeat it 3 months after the encounter, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-3 months after the encounter, test for herpes.

Try to relax.
All the best.
