What are these white dots?

I have noticed these spots on my vagina, they're palish white in color and almost look translucent recently. They are only in the vestibule of the vagina and not on the outside. They don't itch or hurt. I've been sexually active with three people but I've only been with my husband for the last three years. I am 19 weeks pregnant with my second and have an appt with my dr on Wednesday. I have googled herpes and warts and I don't think it looks like either. I have also been tested twice for stds in the past year in fear that my husband was cheating and both came up completely normal.. but I do not believe he was. I was also in the ER 6 days ago and the dr did not mention anything abnormal to me or document it on my chart.. Help!

we don't allow posting of pictures and also you don't want pictures of your naughty bits out there on the web for all to see!!!   if you knew what some of our regular posters did for a living, you'd be appalled that you posted a picture here and asked for their advice....he he he

odds are these aren't a std going on. could be normal fordyce spots or even just irritation causing them. all sorts of rashes can happen as the pregnancy progresses too and the baby puts pressure on your genital area.

certainly point them out to your obgyn when you are seen next for a proper diagnosis.
