If we both test clean is it safe to have bare sex?

Im a male and my gf and i have been together longterm, we are both 26. We just went to the doctors and had full STD tests, both came out clean. I have had a bisexual male friend for 3yrs, professional type in his 30s of which my gf is completely fine with. He has a longterm boyfriend he lives with. They have bare anal sex occasionally but usually just oral. I dont have sexual interaction with anyone besides my gf and him occasionally. If he goes and gets a tested and tests clean, is it completely safe for me to have unprotected sexual interaction with him? Things like mutual oral sex or swallow his semen, bare anal sex or exterior anal play involving bare penis's, anal licking ect?
