Bangkok Revisited

Hey guys :)
I posted a thread a while back regarding stds from a visit to bangkok massage parlours. Also that i was worried whether i had contracted an STD from an unprotected blowjob. But i forgot to mention that i also had protected vaginal intercourse with 3 prostitutes, but there was no sign of the condoms breaking or anything suspicious. I got tested for HIV 2 months after the potential exposure and the results came back negative and after that i did'nt give it anymore thoughts. But the anxiety is crawling back since i found out that the window for testing is much wider than two months.

So therefore my questions are:
How exact are the test results only 2 months after the potential exposure?
Can i be completely sure of my 2-months-after test result?

Responses would be appreciated :)
