The Problem Does not show up in any tests

I have had a problem for the last 2yrs which I have been tested for on 2 occasions with negative results. I have problems with my penis as the foreskin is always slightly reddened and the veins around my penis seem to be darker or more visible than they should be. I do go through periods of fatigue also with ocassional pains in my testicles. Is this an sti that is undetectable through testing??? There really doesnt seem to be any information on this condition.

this is not a std related issue from the sounds of it.

continue to follow up on this with an urologist as needed.

do you retract your foreskin daily and clean under it?
