Been to numerous doctors herpes?

I am 20 years old and have only ever been with one person. i had unprotected oral and vaginal sex. I was experiencing some discharge and pain and itching in the vaginal area. I went to a doctor at my college who swabbed me and looked at it under a microscope. She said i had a yeast infection and gave me two doses of diflucan. i was still experiencing some discomfort so i went to a gynecologist. he could see no visible signs of a yeast infection but he gave me another dose of diflucan just to be sure. I took it and waited a week. I was still experiencing some discomfort so i used vagisil. I ended up having to go to my family doctor because i thought i was allergic to something at work, my skin was also itching, my eyes were itching, and my throat was hurting. I also had painless sores in my mouth a new one would appear everyday and the other one go away. They gave me a steriod shot and a dose of diflucan. Well one night at work, once the shot wore off i was overwhelmed with back pain, skin itch, vaginal itch, and throat irritation. I went back to the doctor, they told me i was allergic to something at work. so i took allergy pills everymorning for a few weeks. the doctor also gave me an antibiotic because she thought i might have bv based on what i had told her, and also she gave me a diflucan.

i stopped taking the allergy pills to see what would happen and my skin didnt itch or my throat hurt. however i had to go back again because i was still having vaginal itch and it seemed to get worse when i would sweat. she gave me another diflucan so what is that six doses now. i started taking some probiotics the next day, i felt better for about two days then very minor irritation came back and lasted about five days. Also somewhere during this whole experience i developed what appeared to be an ingrown hair on my upper vulva. I pulled it and some white hard discharge came out, not clear or blister like at all. On top of all these symptoms i have had severe head and neck pain, which i think could be caused by stress, and maybe some muscle soreness but i have been trying to get back into working out so it is hard for me to say. All of these happened over the course of a month and a half. I was tested for HIV, Hep a,b, and c about 5 weeks after the possible initial exposure. the tests were negative, and i was tested for herpes two months after, also negative. I have also been tested for everything else except HPV. I have never had a cold sore and i am scared i might have herpes. If i go back for a series of blood tests HIV, Hep a,b,c and herpes at the 3 month mark and they are negative is it safe to say i am in the clear? how reliable is a herpes blood test? I am worried i have aquired hsv-1 orally and genitally. Could the pimple be genital hsv-1? i also had two red sores above my lips spread far apart,  im not sure if they were blisters though.

If you doctor was confident in the initial yeast diagnosis, that's probably what was causing the issues, or at least one factor.  In some cases you can see yeast in the microscope, and if the doctor is well trained in recognition that's a pretty reliable diagnosis.   Also, you could very well have more than one thing going on at the same time.

You could  have a non-Candida albicans yeast infection, or one which is resistant to diflucan.  Since you already had a 2 month negative HSV test, HSV-2 is very unlikely, and even HSV-1 is probably not present, as a 2 month test would catch about 70% of new HSV-1 cases.  Also, HSV-1 would most likely not cause persistent symptoms (it seems you've had these for a while?)

If it were me, I'd test again for yeast with something like the Affirm VP III test which is a bit better than looking in the microscope.  It will also uncover BV or Trich infections.  Then if you are still positive for yeast, maybe try something else instead of trying the Diflucan again.  The non-Candida albicans can be harder to cure.

By the way, everything above is not really common stuff, so odds are you don't have it, but since you don't seem to have a common problem, it might be worth exploring.
