Can I get an STD from this?
I recently went for an "exotic body rub", and during the session, the "masseuse" licked my scrotum, and the shaft of my penis. Neither the head of my penis nor the opening of my penis had any direct contact with her mouth. She licked up to right below the head of my penis (the sensitive part, if you will).
Is there any risk of contracting an STD from this behavior?

There is almost no risk ... the only possible transmission would be if she had oral herpes, and even that is highly unlikely.
