I have a red flat kinda shiny spot on the tip of my penis. no pain when I pee or ejaculate feels like nothing is there to be completely honest but it is there and it's annoying me and frustrating I have read a lot of things maybe it's a allergic reaction to a condom or something I have protected sex with my girlfriend all the time sometimes oral sex with no condom don't think it's a STD haven't been tested but no pain no itch no discharge just a read flat spot does anyone know what it is ? help please
Sounds like a wart. Go see a doctor to have it looked at. A lot of people have warts so it is not a huge deal, but it is better to wait until it clears or wear condoms before sex again.
