what's this?

Today's date as I write this is August 21st.

On July 4th I had sex with another male.  Pretty short lived with little contact (no oral, peck on the lips but he penetrated me for a brief moment before I pulled away.  He came very shortly thereafter.  He said he did not *** in me.  He said he is DDF.  I don't know him so have no way of checking further with him.

I was checked for HIV on Monday, August 17.  Negative.

Still, I have  a 3/8 inch round spot on my left forearm that appeared on about August 8th.  I was red and is fading now.  Has a thin while crust on it.  I've never seen anything like it.  It does Not itch. ( I think I should mention I had been in the woods in Montana up until August 3rd and then spent a couple nights in a motel that had clean sheets but not much else.)

On Wednesday morning, August 19th,  I had a bit of blood in my urine.  I had a urine analysis that day and it was negative for any infection. It does not hurt nor burn to pee. I have had no blood in my urine since.  I did materbate on Wednesday morning and hadn't for several days before that if that adds any useful information.  I will note that sometime a while back, maybe 4 or 5 months ago I had been masterbating for a long period of time, maybe for 90 minutes or so and there was blood when I came.  I let it go to having played with myself too long.

I do have a high PSA level.  Was 7 a few months ago.  On Wednesday I had it tested: 4.8.  I am scheduled to see a urologist on Monday.

I am married and of course worried or I would't be writing this.  My wife and I have not been having sex for some time (well before July 4th and I haven't been with anyone before that for years).  Even so, I'd like to and want to be careful to do no harm.  But also, I would like, if possible, to correct whatever I may have, if possible, discreetly.

If anyone has any useful ideas, I'd like to hear them.

See post of Aug 21 by me (Hmmm18).  I had a syphilis test.  Negative.  That spot about which I was concerned has healed, maybe two week ago.  However, on Aug 25th I notice a spot on my right forearm. It is different that the other.  This is not round; it is about 1/4" wide by 3/8" to 1/2" long.  It does not itch. It does not bleed. It does form a light white crust, though very small unlike the one on the other arm.  It's most telling feature, I think, is that it tends to fade but if I touch it, it darkens like rewounding and then take days to lighten back up. It's been with me since Aug. 25.  I scratched myself near it on Sunday working in the garden.  That has nearly healed.  It's Tuesday.

Keratosis Actinica?  Some STD?  Any light anyone can shed would be appreciated.  Thanks.

was it protected sex?

following up with the urologist is the best course of action for this as far as the blood in the urine issues and prostate issues. You'll get better answers from them.

Whatever is on your arm probably isn't related. follow up with that with your regular doctor.

Love montana :)
