Does this sound like chlamydia?

I had a sexual encounter roughly 2 weeks ago. I believe I have chlamydia, have not been able to get to the doctors yet but just looking for some insight if this sounds like chlamydia. Symptoms are swelled/pain in testicles, tingly/burning feeling in the tip of my penis, nausea, upset stomach, mucus coming out when I poop. I kinda looked into it and most of these symptoms seem correct with chlamydia would anyone be able to provide insight if this is correct?

Hi symptoms of chlamydia in men are a white/gray puss discharge, burning while urinating and in almost all cases itching inside your penis about mid way inside. The itching is a sure sign and would cause you to seek treatment. what your menitoning would not be considered symptoms. Have a urine test if your still concerned or a swab of inside your penis.

Okay thanks, is discharge pretty standard? Or just in some cases? And would it have an effect on my immune system?
Would this sounds like gonorrhea?
Gono would be even worse symptoms and imune system protects us so that would be the effect
What other STD could cause testicular pain?
chlamydia but again would infect your urethra first
could herpes cause testicular pain?
