Change in Penis Color/Texture

Hello, I’m a little worried. The past month and a half I had irritation at the opening of my penis and it was uncomfortable. I was tested all around for STDs and UTI’s and everything came back normal. Last week the irritation and discomfort went away after using some prescribed anti fungal cream along with daily application of Vaseline to keep things hydrated, but I noticed that now my penis doesn’t look the same. It’s not a smooth head. It looks rough and bumpy. The color used to be a light pink color, now that’s becomed a more darker red color. Could this be something serious? Or is there something in my everyday life that could be giving me some sort of allergic reaction? I’m very sensitive and I already use Dove men’s foam body wash, so I don’t know what this could be.

This mostly sounds like a skin irritation, certainly not an STI.  If it continues, you should think about seeing a dermatologist.
