yes, you can be infected and not know it. both partners should've been tested after 1 was found to have chlamydia, you can't just assume no symptoms means no infections.

Just wondered if certain supplements could make u test positive for certain things.....so the female can have chlamidia and not realize it and pass it to her male partner?
no he cannot get chlamidia from a pill . if he tested positive for it the he ABSOLUTELY caught it by sexual intercourse. Most women who have chlamydia didnt know they had it until they were tested for it or if their parnter is diagnosed with it. so if he was treated and she has not been then its VERY possible that he can be reinfected.
