I have an encounter on 13 feb in massage parlour
I have taken massage the girl come on top of me and started to rim.her vagina over my penis naked my tip touch her vagina lips but i didn't penetrate maybe my tip (pee hole touch her vaginal hole) but I'd didn't penetrate (full tip inside vagina.) Then i have taken hand job and kiss her cheeks.
I have taken 3 test

2) Chlamydia blood test only igg parameter  taken at 14 April come positive index value 1.77.

I want to know is this Chlamydia blood test only igg is reliable is this can be false positive.

I have burning sensation while urine and redness on back side of penis foreskin.
Is this due to Chlamydia or it can be normal uti.
I have taken azee 1000 on 16 feb so my Chlamydia (if was there shoul gone).
I was on doxycycline right now.

Is this really Chlamydia or normal UTI

The blood test for chlamydia is not the gold Standard. It’s simply not used by doctors certainly not anywhere I know of.

A blood test for chlamydia looks for antibodies to the infection not the infection itself. So a blood test can pick up old infections, as well as confuse antibodies for other illnesses. In short it’s not reliable at all. Your positive could be an old infection or a false positive.

If you have been treated with doxy and Az as I read you have there is simply no chance (unless you are reinfecting your self from an untreated source) that you have chlamydia now, if ever you did.

If you still have the burning you need to seek medical help, and perhaps some proper tests for STI wouldn’t hurt (urine test)

Your HIV test is conclusive.
On 16 feb i have taken azee 1000 mg (azithromycin) 2 pill of 500mg
After that on 53-54 day i fell burning sensation on penis than i take Chlamydia igg test.
Right now I'm on doxy 14 days course by doctor
When should I take test
Is there any chance I can get Chlamydia or gonorrhea from the exposure i described.
Should I take another test of HIV?
Getting something from this encounter is pretty unlikely but as Dadz said, a blood test isnt a reliable test.

Anytime now get a complete STI panel done which is:

Urine test for chlamydia
Urine test for Gonorrhoea
4th Gen HIV test (blood sample)
Syphilis test (Blood test)

You will not get HIV from this and the test you did before was conclusive anyway.
The only way you could have for either chlamydia or gonorrhoea from the even described is if your penis did in fact enter her (and she had it) so very unlikely.

Absolutely no chance you have chlamydia anymore with them meds (unless reinfected from new person)

Gonorrhoea is possible to be resistant to both Az and Doxy but probably not so very unlikely.

Only way to know is to test but I’d be seriously looking at other causes right now .
1)So should I take simphilis test i already take one at 57 day which was negative.
2)Hiv test realiability even if I got Chlamydia should I retest or this is conclusive
3) When should I take gonorrhea and Chlamydia test as some people said when we take medicine we have to wait for some time to get conclusive result I'm on doxy right now so when should I take the test?
Hmmm I posted a reply to this but dosnt seem to have posted, that’s frustrating.

1) you mean syphilis right? If so. No need to test partly because your results are accurate at 8week but mainly because doxycycline for 200mg for two week will cure all syphilis if present.

2) HIV is conclusive. Negative

3) you can test now, it will be negative because you haven’t got it / cured it.
Theoretically i guess it could suppress gonorrhoea enough to turn it negative but not cure, but knowing how good the test are I can’t see this been realistic, two weeks is plenty after finishing antibiotics if you rather
thank you soo much for your response
1 thing i want to add
I think my uthera hole has increased a bit and when I saw inside there se some white spot inside pee hole what do you think this can be is this normal or anything?
Stop checking and looking inside the penis. The more you touch it there is a chance for

1)you in introduce bacteria there
2) Cause micro traumas which can cause irritation and upsets to the penis

From the facts of this threat we know:

1) you did a HIV a syphilis test at around 50 day mark and both were negative. These are conclusive tests so rule that out.
2) You did not FULLY insert your penis into her, thus the chance for chlamydia and gono are extremely low.
3) You test positive on an unreliable test to which your doctor gave you meds.
4) You keep touching and looking at your penis which can cause issues and also increase your anxiety.

Now Stop. Breathe.

Finish the Doxy. Wait 2 week and get a urine test and know for sure BUT the chances of you having anything from this encounter is so so low I personally wouldnt bother or worry anymore about it.
I forgot to mention one thing i fingered her vagina so is there some change in your advice is i can get anything from fingering which cause these symptoms
Thank you for your response
You can get nothing from fingering at all :)

Have you been retested? How did you get the doxy you are taking? Have you actually had a urine test? A urethral swab?

Could you just be dehydrated? How's your water intake? Your caffeine and alcohol intake?
