Cause for concern

Hello, and thanks for reading
I will keep this brief,I had sex outside my marriage 4 times with escorts in the last 9 months, which was due to some relationship problems at the time and a real lack of sex, yet still no excuse. Each one of these encounters were brief and all of them I used a condom for vaginal sex. I did on the last time about 6 weeks ago give unprotected oral for about 5 mins and received it for 30 seconds. All these encounters were relatively safe I guess except the last one. Recently I have had a pain in what I thought to be my hip flexor but have actually realised it is a swollen lymph node in my groin. I've read that STDs can cause this and given that I started feeling this pain a couple of weeks after the last encounter it has me quite worried .  Although it has taken 6 weeks for an actual lump or swelling to come up. I also have had a boil or ingrown hair in the same thigh for about a week.I haven't had any symptoms with my penis apart from anxiety based feelings. I'm getting testing next week when I am able to get to the clinic but my question is how likely is it that I've caught something and should I be worried?

Hi its very unlikly you contracted any std from the oral esp you giving to her but since your married you will need to test for the below as even with a condom your exposed to Syphilis and herpes and if youve been reading std updates, Syphilis is really on the rise in the north east. Understand that working people like the ones youve been with are exposed to these multiple times a day and the risk really shoots up.
1. Syphilis---6 weeks
2. Herpes---3 months
3. Gono---7 days
4. Theres no test for HPV for men
