Protected sex with escort

I had protected sex with escort today where oral sex, vaginal sex was performed using condom. Escort & agency claims that she is clean and no STD but I'm just scared about STD. I cross checked escotrt's vagina/mouth and dont see any blisters/warts or anything. The girl was pretty clean and was not in favor of anything uprotected(neither I).

I was tested month ago as a routine checkup and was tested negative for all STDs. My concern is :

1. Can this incident cause any STD transmission ?
2. Since the act was completely protected, I dont think any bacterium infection is transmitted. However, what are the chances of Herpes/HPV if woman is having asymptotical infection.

Thanks Vance for comments.

I'm just worried that my act of stupidity may cause more to my dear ones. I think it is low risk with condom but in real life it is more important to maintain the trust which I failed.

1. Possible but very low risk
2. Low risk, but believe you need the warts to transmit it. Post in HPV forum for more info.
