Question about Syphilis?

I developed a small red bump at the top of where my pubic hair starts and started off as just flat and red then grew bigger with a bump and I popped it and pus came out then blood. Later I did the same and there was a hair about an inch long in the middle which I pulled out now it seems to be going down and putting neosporin on it. Is there any chance this is Syphilis? Can't get to a doctor right now.

Thank you!

dont think its syphilis, more like an ingrown hair or a minor skin infection.

usually ingrown hairs get bigger and popping it is almost always followed by blood....like popping a pimple.

Google syphilis and look at a picture, you should see a difference from what you have and what syphilis is from your description.

well the hair was sticking out before I popped it too.. Would a syphilis sore get bigger to be able to pop and then have blood come out?

Thank you!

That sounds nothing like syphillis to me.  You basically just gave your own diagnosis.  If there was a hair in the middle then that was an ingrown hair.
